Acceptance of Terms

By using TMailBox, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Service Description

TMailBox provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable Use

You may use TMailBox for:

• Testing websites and applications
• Receiving verification emails
• Protecting your primary email from spam
• One-time registrations

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use TMailBox for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Spamming or phishing (Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy)
• Harassing or threatening others
• Circumventing security measures
• Automated abuse or excessive requests

Outbound Email Policy (Premium Users)

Premium users have the ability to send outgoing emails. To protect our reputation and comply with anti-spam regulations (including Amazon SES policies):

• We enforce strict rate limits (20 outbound emails per hour per user).
• Any email that results in a Bounce or Spam Complaint will trigger an automatic review.
• Zero-Tolerance: If a user generates a bounce or complaint, their account will be immediately and permanently blocked from sending outbound emails.

Service Limitations

• Maximum 20 emails per inbox
• 10-minute default expiration (extendable to 30 minutes)
• 2MB attachment size limit
• Rate limiting: 5 email generations per hour per IP

No Warranty

TMailBox is provided without warranty. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Delivery of all emails
• Data persistence beyond expiration time
• Compatibility with all email senders

Limitation of Liability

TMailBox and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, missed emails, or service interruptions.

Privacy

We do not collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
